ACCOUNT SUSPENDED AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE 72 HOURS

My 8ta account was suspended. I paid the account in full on Thursday at Absa when a cash payment was made of R1 200. The account due was for R1 101. I faxed through the proof of payment to 8ta immediately with a copy of my id as requested. The account is still suspended. I have made several calls to your customercare department to no avail. The account is still suspended and again they have no idea when it will be suspended. I spoke to Zuma this morning who said that they want me to send the proof of payment again. I feel this is totally unacceptable as it was sent to them on Thursday. I have the proof of receipt of their side. I requested to speak to the Supervisor this morning, Mr Pillay, however was told that he was not available. I left a message for him to contact me, however no reply since then. Please assist me in getting my account unsuspended.
