Went to CellC 25/05 to upgrade and order new ph. Not in stock but will ph when to collect & was told can take up to 2 weeks. Did ALL paperwork except pay the R150. Get a call about 04/06 to collect ph. Contract changed to Straight Up 100 @ R389 pm. Previous contract at R289 pm. Get to Cell C only to be told in front of FULL shop, sorry can't upgrade for R100 more as I am a slow payer.? I have just upgraded 2 mnths ago at Vodacom to twice the amount pm!! How can CellC tell me I am a SLOW PAYER when I have 2 contracts for 24 mnths without missing one payment, never a late payment, NO PROBLEM WITH ANY PAYMENTS!!??? DID SOMEONE ELSE NEED THE PHONE AS I WAS TOLD I MUST COLLECT IMMEDIATELY OR PHONE WILL BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!?? Is this how CellC treat LOYAL customers!?? I have 3 cell ph contracts - 1 Vodacom and 2 Cell C (wife & daughter) but I am definitely changing after FOUR years to another provider!!
