Suspended line yet account has been paid!

Hi there! I need HELP PLEASE! Ever since I upgraded in 2012 I have just had problems with Altech. Billing more than they should, taking forever to get back to me with answers and solutions. This is now the 2nd month my line just gets suspended yet my acc is up to date. I have been receiving text msg's informing me that my line would be suspended if payment is not made. I even phoned and told them that I have made payment, which they have received (end Aug & Sept) my line was suspended end Aug, after being reassured by more than one consultant, that it WOULD NOT be suspended. End Aug reconnection fee is now all of a sudden MY problem after I called and told them that my acc is up to date. It was reversed and I have been given credit. My line is suspended AGAIN, payment has been made. I called yesterday after receiving 2 texts informing me that it would be suspended. AGAIN, I was 'reassured' by more than one consultant that it would not be and that I should ignore the texts. I have no way of phoning anyone as I only have this nr and a stay at home mum. HELP!! I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME & SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!! I cannot make or receive any calls, please e-mail. tx, Natasha
