I received notice that my benefits will be suspended due to non payment on 10/01/2014 and since then have been trying to sort this out. According to my latest statement last payment is stated at 02/12/2013 but I made a payment again on 21/12/2013. I have emailed the proof of payment numurous times to no avail. The last time I phoned in I spoke to Samantha and she said she could see the proof of payment and that the matter will be resolved within 5 days but nothing is happening. Meanwhile we have no medical aid due to this!! What am I paying for if I don't even have cover!!???
