Suspended contract

My contract was suspended due to the arrears that i had, so i called the 8ta -call centre to find out how do i fix the problem. I happened to get help from the lady by the name of Phumzile Mpofu because i wanted to suspension to be unblock quicker she did her magic though according to the procedure it takes 48hrs or more for service to be unblock but i don't even know what is 48hrs, my contract is done and dusted within a wink of an eye thanks to Phumzile Mpofu from 8ta call centre my ref no:6303280005006065030
