I went into a vodacom shop in clear water mall, took out a contract and then was mislead. In correct infomation was given to me reagarding the price of the data bundles. What I asked for I did not get taking into account that i am the customer. What makes it worst I had to go to the store again which then costs me money to travel there. Now even worse I called the call centre they told me that they will load the correct data on my profile at a different cost. Today I see that yet again incorrect data was loaded. This is perthetic and displays incompetence in what vodacom for. Its not like what I want isn't in the parameters of what they are offering. I will spread the word verbally and on social media.
