Hi,

My account was suspended on Monday for no apparent reason (says myself and 3 8ta representatives). it was apparently unsuspended on Monday but I am still blocked from using the network over 48 hours later. This is an outrage to pay for a phone on contract when its suspended for no reason at all and cannot be used. but when its time to take my money at the end of the month then they are there. This issue has prevented me from making an insurance claim worth R 5000 because my 2 day claim period is now over, this has me off most as i have know lost a item and cannot claim for it because of this. nowhere in the terms and conditions does it stipulate that 8ta can suspend my account prior to the billing date. and keep in mind that my last bill was paid in full. I am extremely unsatisfied with the results of several calls to the call centre where they fed me a load of about waiting 24-48 hours for the un-suspension to occur which still hasn't happened.
