Hi, my wife was due for an upgrade in July. She went to Game Cresta (2 weeks ago) and signed a new Blackberry contract at R179 incl. Vat per month all inclusive (100 anytime minutes, free CLI. itemised billing & BIS)
She initially thought her BIS, watsapp & internet was not working due to the usual terrible network coverage by Cell C. Only a few days later after becoming a little frustrated, did she phone Cell C who finally figured out the root cause and told her that her BIS was cancelled. This does not make sense at all as she just did an upgrade. She went back to Game on Saturday trying to resolve her issue. They finally tried to activate BIS saying that it would cost her R57 a month until October as her BIS would only be active from that month. That is really ridiculous as it's the first time I heard of such a thing. Your upgrade is synchronised with BIS etc. Now she still cant access the internet, hence watsapp. Please urgently resolve!!!
