Can having a contract be this bad with cell c

I have been over 2years with cellc an i can say all the things they have done wrong every time its time for upgrade either the phone i want is faaaarrr or its discontinued so now i have finally got the upgrade but now they billing me an i have to pay this that which i paid but hai ya bad cell c as usual
