What new installation? Extremely bad customer se

I have made a booking more than a Month ago for a new installation at our new house. Its been confirmed for 3 Saturdays that a technician will come and and do the new installation because there would be no one present during the week for installation. I have waited now 4 weeks in a row for someone to show up on a Saturday to do the new installation and no one has been at our house! I am disgusted with the service deliver of Telkom! I am a brand new client and this is how they do business, I am afraid that this is the worst service I got from any service provider and it makes me think if I want to support or get any service from Telkom. I am actually dumbstruck by this? Here is the first call that was logged CM1011274 and I am sure all the other times I have phone the call center and made follow up to find out if they will come and they have confirmed that they will come should also be as separate reference numbers. I would like to see if telkom can deliver a simple task like this??!!
