Telkom useless as always

Well, once again not surprised by the absolute pathetic world that is Telkom.

I ordered a telephone line more than a MONTH ago, f! knows why the simplest of things take so f! long in this country (or maybe it is because we have companies like Telkom). Needless to say I have been f! bombarded by SMS's for a f! week long f! knows how late at night or early in the morning confirming the installation and requesting me to acknowledge the installation. I even called on the 29th of July 2013 to confirm the installation the 30th of July 2013.

I took a day's leave to f! wait for NOTHING and NOBODY for a WHOLE f! DAY. Maybe you sit around doing nothing for a day long without giving the slightest bit of feedback if you actually do decided to do some work, but the rest of us actually pride in doing a proper job.

I called 10210 to follow up yesterday, got the name and number of the technician assigned to the order, called him, no answer, left a message, no reply... Typical, book a WHOLE DAY for f! nothing.

I want my line, and I want you to know that I don't take leave for bs, I have pride in my work...
