Unfair or over billing

Good morning. I received my invoice of R1313.07 for the end of January 2013. I then phone the call centre to find out why I was paying that amount. Apparently Vodacom have billed me R651.00 for my gig 2 contract.

Vodacom says on the 16th December 2012 at 9am I used my internet and it exceeded the limit. My concern are as follows:
1. On the 16th I was not using my 3G since I went for a long weekend in Bloemfontein to attend a tombstone.
2. I received 4 sms's on be 16 December saying that I have exceeded my R50 limit and I was surprise because I was not using my 3G
3. I have requested that Vodacom should stop my this line when it reaches R50 so how come it went to R505.00
4. I have lodged a dispute on this line Wednesday 9th January 2013 and so far no one has called me or responded.
