I bought a iPhone 5 on contract on Saturday 3 August 2013. I was told to bring it on a Monday for a sim swap.
We duly took it on Monday and was told that it couldn't be done as they were busy with business customers.
I was told I must come on Wednesday to activate it. The salesman was extremely rude and said that his commission was higher with the business deals as opposed to a simple sim swap which would take 5 min.
