On the 29th July I emailed a query to the sales department asking more info on Iburst Wifi that we maybe want to get for our hair salon.
No reply and after phoning with no luck eventually hung up the phone after 5 min I've forwarded the same email again on the 31st July.
Again on the 1st Aug. 2013 I've forwarded the message again and still no luck.
How poor is that for such a big company that they can't even get back to me.
The service in South Africa is going down so fast that it seems even the larger companies don't even care about that anymore.
If anybody knows of a Wifi suppliers company that values their name then please be so kind as to send me their info so that i can contact them.
