21 May 2012, I got a blackberry 9300 from cell c, the next day after waiting for it to finish charging, I put it on and the screen was white took it back to "n1 city game" and they said it was my fault, and said they can't give me a new one, I got a new one in the end but argued with them first. "customers are wrong new one to me'' 3 weeks down the line my scroller brakes and phone freezes, I take it to canal walk and have to pay to send it in even knowing that it's not my fault for a contract phone I pay for every few months down the line brakes, I get the phone back and the problems are starting again I travel every day and I need my phone... I don't even want to re new my contact with you guys because they is always hassles with CELL C can you sort this out!!!
