Good day, when it was time for me to upgrade my CellC contract, everybody told me to go for a BlackBerry but I wasnt very keen on the idea, I'm crazy about NOKIA and I will surely tell everybody about NOKIA!!! I took a Blackberry not that I have approved of it but ja, the people @ Carnival Mall CellC told me if I do have any problem with my phone in 7 days, I have to bring it back because it's under guarantee, on my 2nd day the phone already gave me problems, it freezes and I couldnt believe it and I really still dont know how my phone is working, I'm learning. Since Sunday, 17/02/2013 my phone has freezed, when I took it to CellC in Carnival Mall, the lady told me that the scroller has broken and they will send it to the work shop, they will check what is fault and if I broke it I need to pay - R400 and it will take 4-6 weeks, now my question is WHY??? this phone is on contract and how can I break a scroller and why should I pay for something that I didnt broke? Can somebody just call me and explain to me why should they send my phone away and who says that I will get the same phone back. I DON'T want this BlackBerry, I am NOT happy with it!!
