Firstly I received an sms from nashua that my debit order was returned days before the debit order date. Then I made a payment to them on 3 May, and sent the proof of payment to the correct email address. They softlocked my phone anyway after that, and only unlocked it late morning today (6 May). Now, i receive another sms saying that I will be softlocked due to not paying my account, on the same day that my phone was unlocked! With all these messages, they say to please call nashua. I wish I could, but somebody locked my phone! I just had a baby last week Monday, and now I am sitting alone in my house, without any means of communication. This is really the worst service ever.
