2ND COMPLAINT THE SHOCKING SERVICE CONTINUES!!!

I posted a complaint on Hello-peter & all I received was a useless call promising me that a consultant will call me to resolve my problem and it was never done. My phone was blocked and i havent been able to use it since 23 June. Despite all my efforts calling the call centre, being put on hold forever, consultants hanging up on me, increasing my airtime limit just to have it used up holding on for assistance, putting a complaint on hello peter... IT WAS NEVER RESOLVED.Instead i received an sms this morning at 3:18am stating that the softlock has been lifted only to receive another one at 10:01 stating that my limit of R 212.39 (100%) of R150.00 call limit has been reached & I have been softlocked. My call limit has never been R150.00 & I receive R200 airtime with my contract on the 1st of every month. It's not even midday of the 1st day of the month and my phone is already getting locked... I am sick and tired of this INCOMPETENT COMPANY, I know that they will not do anything about my complaint but from here on I will be doing serious brand damage, I work for a company linked to MORE THAN 15 TOP INSURANCE COMPANIES and they will all know about this. I WANT THE CONTRANTRACT CANCELLED
