So Nashua Mobile decided again to treat me like a child and soft lock my phone because I have reached my R105.00 limit - a limit that was not even chosen by me nor approved by myself. Please refer to my complaint dated 23/01/2013 - same issue. My account last month was R570.00 and the month before just over R700.00
Nice way to treat a loyal customer of 12 years. I have 12 months to go before the end of this contract and then I will be migrating to a service provider that actually pride themselves in customer service - cannot wait!!!
