Upgrade frustration

I upgraded my contract at the end of last year and I am still nearly a year later trying to get the upgrade loaded correctly! I estimate the cost of my wasted airtime in the region of R1000!!! And after three requests for investigations to be done on the original recorded discussions of the upgrade they still cannot get the contract in order.

I just don't understand why customers must experience so much torture just to upgrade a contract, I would not recommend anyone to purchase a contract with this company as you are actually paying more to work through a secondary service provider and not even getting an extra service for your money!
