I just want to bring it under your attention that Leon from Telkom Mall of the North has really gone out of his way to explain everything to me. He spent a lot of time to find the right contract for me, even though I changed my mind numerous times he was patient, friendly and helpful. He is really an asset to Telkom and I would advice anyone to visit him at that store for excellent service. He also gave me feedback as promised, and went out of his way to get my contract to me as soon as possible.
I have also visited other Telkom stores in Mokopane and Savannah, and it is my general feeling that Telkom personnel goes the extra mile, has proper training and can answer all your questions with patients and friendliness. I have visited all the other Network Providers, and from all of them Telkom has made an excellent impression.
