Bad signal and internet

Good day, i have been experiencing problems with vodacom's internet connection for the last 2 months. when i am on Hsdpa, granted, it works most of the time. but it does get slow. But on EDGE where most of the time im connected too, it shows good signal but the phone does nothing. im getting annoyed seeing connection errors and timeout errors. i reside in effingham heights, durban. closest tower would be avoca 3. please sort this out as its a pain to use my phone. the phone in question is a samsung galaxy s3 mini. please contact me after midday tomorrow as i will be in meetings in the morning.
