4 Phone calls, and 3 incorrect debit orders later

HI,

MTN has not applied my discount as agreed to the package. I've been trying to query this since the initial debit order ran, and since then 2 additional ones have gone through. No feedback. MAde 4 calls, escalated to supervisors still no joy. Notes on calls:
