I've been with Altech Autopage for many years. I've decided not to renew my contract at the end of the term which is about 3 months ago. I've done this through the call centre each month since expiry including the month's notice, but unfortunately for me I'm still paying the monthly fee. A lot of promises are made that the manager / supervisor will call me back, which also doesn't happen. Emails are not answered and I'm still left with a monthly bill. Please respond!
