POOOOR CELL C SERVICE

Its been barely a week that I complained to Cell C about this Get It that I am being billed for. On Monday I got a call that the services Get it will be cancelled, despite the fact that in July 2013 I called to cancel and was told its been cancelled as per reference 6346423 and obviously was not cancelled. On Monday I got another reference 6528674 also told services will be cancelled AGAIN??? Just two minutes ago I get an sms that "Your Cell C account is still in arrears, your services will be suspended today.
So I call Get It and they say yes we got a cancelation request in July but we didn't cancel, and yes we got another request on Monday 11 of Nov and we still investigating. Now in the mean time Cell C wants me to pay this R39 for GET IT otherwise I wont have any services??? how is that??? I have tried several times to have GET IT cancelled and obviously they don't want to cancel but I must keep paying for services I don't want??? I have tried to speak to the call centre agents and no they don't understand me because im owing and I must pay, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS ME CALL ME. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SERVICES I HAVE CANCELLED
