Bad customer service

I'm actually very annoyed right now. Im an mtn zakhele shareholder and last year in November I changed my banking details of which it took me a whole month for them to be finally changed. I logged on to the website and they were there. I'm logging in again and my banking details are nowhere to be seen, mind u I sold my shares last week Wednesday. When I call mtn zakhele they told me the banking details are not on the system I need to call link market services. I've been doing that the whole morning and the switchboard lady is just plain rude. If she's not putting u on hold she gives u attitude. I cannot go through the process of waiting for my banking details to be changed as I need the money urgently. I'm also at work and I don't have time to be queuing at the bank for something I did last year. Such pathetic service.
