Cell phone suspended

I have changed from banks. i phoned Bayport and asked how do i go about and they gave me long stories. then i email them once i changed banks and asked them for their banking details. They never gave it to me. When they phoned i aksed the lady please email me your banking details so i can make payments to their account. That also didnt happen. Now they haave suspended my account and took two payments off already from my new bank account but they dont want to reconnect my cell phone services. They say im still in arrears which i dont think is my fault. Please can you assist me in this matte
