Ok, it's now August and still no one from MTN has bothered to follow up with me. Totally useless service. I now have no service at all. MTN even had the cheek to tell me I could cancel my contract for R1800. Because no one is actually doing anything to resolve this issue I will now cancel my debit order and they can now chase me around for payment. I am pay for unlimited service yet I'm getting nothing!!! My old dial up 10 years ago with M- WEB was a 1000 times more efficient!
I'm sick and tired of exchanging the unit, resetting the unit, unplugging the unit, talking to people at MTN who just couldn't give a and generally being pushed from pillar to post!
Is someone at MTN actually going to do something about this before I take legal action against them?
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, SORT THIS OUT!!!
