Changed banking details and still n arrears

When I changed my banks I phoned cell c to change my banking detail for my tablet account. Now after 2 months they phone to say I am in arrears. When I asked if they changed my banking details as they confirmed they realised that they never activated the new details. They advised they will fix it and debit my acc on the 7th. Still no money has gone off. I'm in the process of buying house and this arrears is going to affect my score. I demand a written confirmation that this was not my fault as well as proof where they notify ALL credit bureaus that my account was in arrears because of them otherwise I am lodging a transunion complain. I give you 1 DAY!!!
