Good day Bradley,

My problem is still not resolved? Your Data Support Team (Robert) did call me on 24 Oct he promised that he will investigate and get back to me within 24 hrs. (...and I am still waiting???). I did rate him 0 for his service on your SMS Service rating system. Then your Client services called, another promise was made to follow-up... and yes you guest it, I am still waiting???

What is wrong with Nashua Mobile? if you look at all the complains @ heliometer I can't believe that you are still in business?

I am a client of Nashua Mobile since my thirst phone about 19 year ago, and I can't remember a time that I received good service from Nashua Mobile. Every 2 year with renewal of contracts I had a issue with bad service!

I think it is time to move...
