I write this report feeling a mixture of bemusement and growing annoyance. I had a 500MB per month data plan with a modem, which I had for 18 months back in 2008. I did not renew the deal after 18 months.
Well - in September of 2013 my account was debitted for R200 by Nashua Mobile.
I went in to the Port Elizabeth Branch last year after the first payment went off again, and was told that" they didn't know" why the account had been reactivated. I was promised that it would be sorted out and that I'd receive a call from a consultant to fix the problem, and to refund my money.
Needless to say neither has happened!
Can anyone tell me what I can do to solve this problem?
It is so long since I had this contract that I do not have any paperwork or the like, apart from what Nashua Mobile has on their systems.
