POOR INCOMPETENT SERVICE

Your service is appaling and unprofessional. Since Saturday i've been send back and forth to get my phone reconnected, till today, Tuesday, i had no success. Eventhough my acc. was paid in December, via internet banking, i was disconnected due to 'non-payment', without prior notification. I've been sending proof of payment to various email addressess, since Saturday, supplied by your call center staff, my MTN acc. requested by KENEUWE MATOBAKO on Saturday, after 20H00, test email send by BHEKI NTEBE, on Monday, 11H12, who confirmed that he received proof of payment at 14H08.Tuesday, my phone is still disconnected, i'm phoning from work. I was told by one of your call center staff that they cannot help me because i couldn't give them the email addressess i did send the emails to, which was at home, on my computer. They claim they don't have proof of payment, and of course, BHEKI NTEBE was off, so they couldn't ask him!! I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT BUT WAS ARROGANTLY TOLD, BY ONE OF YOUR STAFF, IT WAS GOING TO COST ME.
