On Saturday (27 July 2013) I purchased 2 items from Zando online store and item where a Woodcutter Crosby Loafer and Utopia Military High top boots.
I made an EFT transfer to their account but instead of punching in the payment reference number I keyed in the Order Number! Seeing that I made a mistake I sent an email to them (Zando) on Sunday Explaining the error I made and they replied a day later (Monday) saying I should send them the proof of payment. I sent them the proof of payment they requested and they replied on Tuesday (30/07/13) saying " Thank you, We have received your proof of payment for order#200 and your order will be delivered in 1/2 working days.
Today (02/08/13) I received an Email saying that my order has been cancelled due to none payment.
I co-operated to all their request and made sure that I replied to their requests on time and they still cancel my order!!
What I would like to know is, is this how you (Zando) treat your customers?
