I had a problem with my RCS payments, paid to them with internet payments. I even send them proof of payments, and they still don't pick up my payment. The payment is done every month on the 1 st. I paid on the 1st of January, and I pay more then my amount due. I had to send them again a proof of payment. This was only allocated a week later. According to Mart-Mari all the cost due to this was written back. I want proof that I am not on ITC, because of them, they can't give me proof. They even think I am stupid, they send me a mail from rcs that I am not on ITC due to them. Everyone can send an email. I want proof of ITC, and they refuse to gave this to me. This company are corrupt, I don't trust them at all. We struggle now for a month to sort their mess out. If they don't take my word, and look fot my payment ontheir bankstatements. I also can 't rake their word. I will be the one that will get teh surprise if I foun out they put me on ITC, so I believe that I have the right to also ask proof from them. Be aware to open a RCS account or loan, this only spell big trouble for you.
