I upgraded my contract from 1 GB to 5 GB and notified the consultant to cap data at 5 GB, so I can buy additional data when needed thereafter. In February, I ran out of data towards the end of the month and purchased some additional data. In June we used additional 3 GB and got charged R 5, 825.37; the normal, over the phone purchase of data bundle costs about R 249.00. I inquired about this over a month ago, no call, no mail, no response. I visited customer care and called about 4 times. No response. This month I paid over R 9, 000.00 on R 450.00 subscription contract! Can someone explain this to me? Is there any protection of customer?
Unlimited, Uncapped ADSL costs about the same for a YEAR!
