After countless phone calls and emails to the vodacom repair escalation and me telling them what i want, my phone comes back un-repaired!!! extremely disappointed in the staff of vodacom and the manor that they handled my situation! i will simply move my number to another service once this issue has been solved (if it does). you guys have exceeded your 21 working day limit and i am still waiting for my phone!! extremely disgusted and i will take this matter further!!!
