I own a Vodacom account of 3Gig worth R199 per month, however Vodacom debited an amount of R1 606 into my account for the month of June. Upon enquiry they say I exceeded my limit of 3Gig, but I didn't receive a notification that I've exceeded the limit. On top of that I do not believe that I have exceeded the 3Gigs since every month I always have a carry over and for the month of June I hardly used my 3Gig. It is impossible and I am extremely unhappy about this situation! This is actually service since no one can even tell me exactly in what did I exceed my limit. I spoke to Tina Sibi (Ref: 301912792) who wasn't sure what she was talking about and also to someone else at the Technical Department (Ref: S33-TV22E-EP9JJ) who could not help much. This is an absolute rip-off, especially when one was not notified about this.
