I lost my phone on the 11 July 2013. I went to Maponya mall and got the "Lazy" Yolanda who is forever the only one available when other consultants are busy with clients. Always When I go there I have to be assisted by her, this time she passed the buck! I was assisted by Mpho Langa he checked from which Mtn shops I can get an available Sony exp V.
I went to Standard Bank at Simmonds Street Johannesburg and I got SUPERB service from Xolane Mthabela. He called Mtn shops around to enquire and he made means to organise and get the phone for me. We were in contact for only 3days and he managed to get me the phone and madesure that I can collect it on the nearest mall. His patient and passionate he loves working with people and I was delighted by his service. I really feel that if Mtn can have consultants like him people would show gratitude, you know. I WAS HOPELESS NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO BUT HE REALLY GAVE ME GREAT ASSISTANCE, SO TAKING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT HIM GIVES ME MUCH PLEASURE.
