Attitude i received from the consultant

I was at capitec jabulane mall, it was around 5:30 pm.i got there there was no one at the door to give me the card. i took the card myself and sat there. we waited 20 minutes to be assisted. it was only one consulted working and all the others were busy with black files others were in the office when there is more tham 5 people sitting and waiting for assistance. then i was called and i get a consulted who doesnt know her job, she didnt want to listen to me and told me that they were told not to listen to clients. i was so dissappointed by that girl because i was assisted very well at maponya mall and the attitude of that girl is bad. please fix the branch.
