I can not believe I am the only unhappy client regarding this matter. How can Vodacom use my current months allocated data 1st and then carry over from prev months. We are paying extremely high rates for data and if you do not use it in the month it is allocated to your number, you can virtually kiss that data goodbye unless you use the next month exceptional high amounts of data. Is this how they are securing their billions.
This is not a matter that any employee can answer to. This is a policy that is costing each and every one on contract enormous amounts of money. Perhaps that is to force clients to be disloyal and shop for the best data rates on prepaid.
