Today i went to the simmonds street branch to enquire about a home loan. when i got to put my name on the list and took a seat it was 11am and at the time there were only 2 people in front of me which i thought that i would be attended to quicker than expected. i sat there for about 15 minutes when other people started coming in, whilst there 5 people got assisted who came in after me. at 11.30am is when i went to enquire how long should i wait before being assisted then the lady told me im next in line, funny when an availalble consultant came to call the next person, my name was not the one called, only at 11.37 was my name called which was when i had to leave due being pressed for time. im actually very angry at the fact that i had to wait there for almost 40 minutes without being attended to or being explained to me if im going to wait long and why. i refuse to believe that out of all the consultants there, there is actually one person who can assist with a home loan application and even if so, that should be communicated with us before being taken in
