Went to the old mutual offices at Maponya Mall, there's only one consultant in client services. Which is totally unacceptable, there were more than 10 people waiting to be assisted by this consultant while other consultants were there with nothing to do. Why is it that the others are not trained to assist in client services, The lady at reception even said that people have been complaining but nothing has been done and she doubts that it will change in the near future.
