My current cell phone number belonged to my company. When the contract expired the company then advised i can change over from a company contract to my own contract. The company then cancelled the business contract and converted the number to a pre paid contract. this was done and confirmed by Mtn on 31/7/2013 see ref no sent via mail. REFER REQ:2462431 Upgrade cancelled - migration post to pre - paid Account A4067289 SR#102584258. I then went in to the dealer in Klerksdorp and applied to have this prepaid number converted to a Talk 750 time with an open line. Dealer filled in all paperwork and i was contacted the same day and was told my contract was accepted and i could collect my phone. Since Wed 31/7/2013 the contract stays on a pre paid mode. I have been to the dealer twice now wasting my time in trying to get this sorted out. Have received 2 ref no last ref no USd 2486140 ref no 102725712. I NOW WANT Mtn to cancel this contract with immediate effect without any penalty charges as i have received no service at all from them in 3 days.
