I tried to take out a MTN contract. The MTN dealer made me fill in the forms and said she would get back to me. After 3 weeks the dealer called to say that my contract was approved.By then i had already bought another phone thinking that the dealer had not processed my contract. When the dealer called me I asked her to cancel it because i was not happy with their service. She said that was fine and the contract will now be cancelled. I did NOT take delivery of the phone or the sim card yet i am being charged for it. Now my sim is still on cell c but cannot recieve any calls from anyone on the MTN network. MTN has messed up the porting as well. Please reverse this payment.
