I Cancelled my contract with MTN on the 3 November 2013, after the consultant confirmed everything was done and that I will not be debited and gave me a reference number I thought this was sorted. I received a invoice a few days later for my contract which was supposed to be cancelled when I called in again if found that the contract had not been cancelled due to some error on the system the consultant then cancelled the contract and confirmed that I will not be debited and gave me a new reference number I e-mail customer care to confirm everything and no surprise no-one has gotten back to me. My account was now debited for the full contract amount and my number has been converted to a pre-paid number and I cannot get through to MTN because my number has been changed to pre-paid and customer care's e-mail doesn't seem to work either!!!
