Lack of service/response

In May, I contacted CellC via email to advise that I'd like my
postpaid contract that had run its contract to be changed to a top-up.
I received no acknowledgement of email either by a SMS, call or even email with a reference number. No acknowledgement at all.
Hardly surprising, last year Rekay sold me a contract. Our telephonic contract was for my prepaid to be converted to a contract but I was issued with a new number and contract and told the number I wanted to upgrade did not belong to me and that I had agreed to it. I fortunately only had a 6 month
Contract and that same number I supposedly did not own I successfully upgraded with Nashua to get a contract.
Wonderful call and data rates but service is appalling to Mon existent. Hence, I'd like this contract cancelled and converted to a prepaid. I can then benefit from your rates with another service provider again like I did with my other number.
