I have had the misfortune of having two Blackberry phones become faulty during the contract. Both times I have taken them back for repairs to be issued with "refurbished" phones. Both of which are stamped "refurbished" on the inside! Should I ever want to sell these second hand devises, I am sure the value is GREATLY diminished due to the fact that they are "refurbished"!!! This is not acceptable as the most recent phone was only a few months old. Surely an almost new phones should be replace with a new phone??? Not happy and will make an attempt to take this further but previous experience with Vodacom will probably render this a useless excersice.
