This is an update of what has happened since my last post... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! It has now been a full month. My debit order for a month in advance as well as a pro rata amount for the half of July has already gone off but I am yet to receive my t.v. The t.v. plus router was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband, his birthday being on 01/08/2013. My thinking was if I take out the contract a month in advance there would be NO problems, I was seriously wrong. I was forced to go out and buy my husband another present to compensate. Mtn has said they would get back to me in 54hours that was last week Thursday 25/07/2013, I am still waiting! Mtn has caused me serious inconvenience as well as embarrassment because I am angry about this whole situation and every Mtn shop I go into they just tell me there is nothing they can do. How is it possible that there is nothing this people can do, when you are paying for something shouldn't you receive it?!
