I went through to the branch to inquirer about a loan and and was advised that they need a hard copy of my payslip i then advised the lady that i have a soft copy which i can send via email, i was then given an email address which i immediately sent waited about 10 to 15 minutes was then advised that the email had not gotten through and one consultant went to check again after another 5 minutes and she advised that they have received two other email but mine was not there, i then yet again sent another email was ignored while the consultants proceed to go into the back office to have what appeared to be lunch then as i had waited there for about an hour i was told that the systems were down, i ask the lady there only now she tells me that after an hour of waiting did she not notice the first time she checked. this pathetic service in all standards
