Pick 'n Pay
Dikeledi the Telle

I was at Wonderpark Pick n Pay at around 14:00 on the 10th Jan 2013.
Some paying tills were full while some were empty. I saw a till with a lady called Dikeledi
Sitting on a chair and it was empty. When I approach she seems to be having a heated
Argument with another staff member on a till behind her, she was furious.
I approach her till and started empting my trolley and she turned on me and said (Ke mang o a rileng ke botse) which means "who said I'm open ".
I then told her that since she's sitting on a till chair with no CLOSED sign and nothing to do it means she is supposed to be working. She told me that at their store they don't work like that and they don't have to put CLOSED sign for people to see that she's not open; people must assume that since there is no queue in her till it means she's not open for service.

She really has an attitude and she's an old lady to be like my mother but she needs to go back to some customer service level training. Even if she has a bad day; since she's sitting at the till point she needs to do her job with a smile because Pick n Pay is not it's walls building but the staff. Let her take a break if she doesn't want to work rather th
